Toppling Goliath Tap Takeover

Join us for a tap takeover with our friends from Toppling Goliath in Decorah, IA.   Clark and Barb Lewey started this brewery in 2009 after a runaway success in home brewing. In less than a decade, TG has become world-renown for their IPAs and barrel-aged stouts.

• A special tapping of Mornin’ Latte – Imperial Coffee Milk Stout  8.9% ABV

• Double Dry Hop Pseudo Sue –  IPA  6.8% ABV

This double dry hopped pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well-balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. Ferocious aromas of Citrus and Mango give a refreshing taste that is bright with just enough bite.

• Dorothy’s –  New World Lager 5.5% ABV

Named after the founder’s grandmother, Dorothy’s is TG’s “Classic Beauty”. Mild in body, easy going and clean in taste, each sip charms the senses with distinct flavor and refreshing simplicity. Just like Grandma Dorothy, this unfiltered lager is forever dear to their hearts.

• Hopsmack!  – Double IPA 7.8% ABV

Giant aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit jump from this enticingly complex double IPA. True to its name, this brew delivers a heavy smack of dry hops and a double dose of bitterness in the finish.
