Perennial Artisan Ales Tappings

One of our most anticipated and favorite beers released each year has landed in our cooler and is ready to be tapped. Actually make that three different beers, as we will be pouring the original Abraxas along with two variants, Vanilla and Coffee.
For those who haven’t been lucky enough to enjoy this fantastic beer from Perennial Artisan Ales before, it is an Imperial Stout brewed with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks. Pouring deep brown with a thick head, this beer has a complex body with a delicious lingering roastiness. Abraxas is brewed with unique ingredients intended to challenge and excite the palate. It is as good, if not better, than it sounds!
So to review, we will be tapping:
Perennial Vanilla Abraxas – addition of Vanilla Beans
Perennial Coffee Abraxas – addition of Dark Matter Coffee
Also, on tap will be a mainstay of the Perennial lineup, Saison de Lis, a Belgian-style Saison brewed with chamomile flowers. Dry, tart, and refreshing.
