Aslin Beer Company Mini-tap Takeover

For you hazy NE IPA lovers, we have a mini-tap takeover Thursday the 31st. One of THEE HOTTEST breweries in the country, Aslin Beer Company out of Virginia, is coming to Middleton! If you like hazy and crazy IPA’s, this will be your jam. And we will be pouring 4 of them, all of which “average” over 4.2 on Untappd!

TRIPLE ORANGE STARFISH – 12% abv
A Triple IPA with Citra and Galaxy Hops.

VAPID – 8.7% abv
Double IPA with double the amount of oats we normally use and hopped with Citra and a touch of Simcoe. The result is a beer with a YUGE mouth feel and notes of peach, mango, pineapple, and a pine bitterness.

MIND THE HOP – 9.4% abv
Double IPA with Citra. On first taste you will get a citrus fruit salad followed by some dankness and light bitterness to round the flavor out. The neckbeards can’t deny.

DUNLEY PLACE – 8% abv
We decided to dry hop the “heck” out of this beer with Galaxy & Nelson. The result is a complex beer with notes of gooseberry, fresh crushed grapes, followed by a juicy combination of peach, passionfruit, & mango.

We will start pouring at 4pm that day and yes, it will be frigid out, but we live in Wisconsin, darn it, so stop in.
