One of the things we have loved most about the craft beer world in the ten years that we have owned Brasserie V is the passion that people have for the craft, from the independent brewers pouring their heart and soul into their brews to the supportive followers who enjoy them. Craft beer brings people together with bottle shares, connecting over a pour, sharing stories and finding common interests. In this day and age, this level of personal connection seems so meaningful, face to face and not through a keyboard.
On the craft beer side, we offer an extensive selection of domestic and European craft beers, including many beloved Belgians. Our focus is primarily on cans and bottles, with self-serve open coolers offering 300 brews. Beers can be purchased to take home or enjoy at our communal tables, and we encourage you to put together custom bottle shares and flights. The bottle selection is complemented by 12 rotating taps, all available in short and long pours.
Whether you are a novice or a beer geek, we strive to be a place where you can experience great brews from around the world, enjoying the styles you already know or discovering new offerings from some of the craft world’s most innovative and creative brewers. We also feature a well-rounded wine selection of domestic, small vineyard labels, all available by the glass.
